Clinic operations that do not live in registers

HMS is OneGO’s product for clinics and small hospitals that need appointments, records and inventory in one system — including places where the internet is not reliable every hour of the day.

Who it is for

Clinics, nursing homes and medical retailers whose front desk, records and store currently run on paper or disconnected tools.

  • Clinics that need appointments and records without a hospital-group platform.
  • Medical stores attached to a practice that still count stock by hand.
  • Owners who need the desk to work when the connection drops.

The problem it solves

The front desk, the clinician and the store each keep their own version of the truth. Appointments collide, records are incomplete, and stock is discovered when a strip is missing.

  • Appointments are a diary that only one person can read.
  • Patient history is a file that may or may not be on the shelf.
  • Clinic inventory is informal until something runs out.

What is included

Front desk

  • Appointments the desk can actually run
  • A queue the clinician can see
  • Contact details that stay with the record

Records

  • Visit notes attached to the patient
  • A history the next doctor can open
  • Access limited to the people who should see it

Store

  • Stock for what the clinic actually dispenses
  • Billing tied to the visit where that is how you work
  • A count that does not wait for month-end

Typical workflows

  • A patient is booked, seen, and recorded without rewriting the register.
  • The next visit starts from the last one, not from memory.
  • Stock used at the desk is visible to the person who reorders.

How it is delivered

Implemented for the clinic’s actual hours and connectivity. Offline-capable setups are discussed when the site needs them. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.

Support

Project work includes a support window after handover. Ongoing changes are scoped separately. You speak to the people who built it.

Questions

No. The work we have done is with clinics and medical businesses that needed a practical system, not a campus-wide HIS programme.

That depends on the site. We have built offline-capable clinic software when the requirement was real. It is confirmed during scoping, not assumed.

We will keep HMS as context on the quote. There is no self-serve demo environment on this site — a conversation comes first.
